Powder Springs Employees Are Legal

In a paper, an article incorrectly claimed the city doesn't verify that employees or contractor employees are legal citizens.

Dear Readers,

In a paper, an article claimed that Powder Springs does not verify that employees or contractor employees are legal citizens.

The article pointed out that our DAPS and DDA does not file the necessary papers. Both of these are volunteer authorities and no one is paid.

And both are defunct in many of my articles. Therefore, the City is not at fault. I believe that from what I knew as of December 2011, the city was in compliance for all persons to be hired or contracted. I hope that they continue to be diligent.

Starting in September I will begin to review the subjects previously visited. This includes the DAPS where I have , or rather the lack of it. Also, , the Sanitation department and why efforts are not being made and other issues.
