Spirits Are Up in Downtown Powder Springs

There is so much going on in our little downtown Powder Springs. We merchants are smiling from ear to ear with the excitement of new businesses ( and the ) coming in and another business soon to be open, the .  

I will try to post updates from all our downtown businesses but would also love to hear input from our residents and happy experiences in the downtown shops.

Most who know me know I get on my soapbox on a regular basis about shopping local and shopping at independently owned stores first. Without customers to keep us going, we cannot stay open, pure and simple. 

What you get back is great customer service, unique products and the knowledge that we will take that money you spend and basically put it right back into our town. It helps with the tax base, employes others in the community, gives back to schools and local charities, and, of course, makes our small town keep that small-town atmosphere that we all love.
