Tapp Middle Celebrates Making AYP

Proud of making AYP after summer school testing results were announced, students and staff at Tapp Middle School celebrated during their connections classes.

students and staff celebrated their on Friday. The celebration took place during their connections classes. Students enjoyed sodas and chips while hanging out with their friends on the school lawn. The Tapp Tiger, the school’s mascot, joined in the festivities and got several of the students and teachers dancing.

Dr. Angela Huff, the Cobb County Area 6 Assistant Superintendent, and Ms. Cheryl Sarvis, a Powder Springs City Council member, both stopped by to offer their support and congratulations to the school.
