CELEBRATE THE MILITARY CHILD, May 3, 11-3, Piedmont Church

Join Congregation Ner Tamid as we co-host CELEBRATE THE MILITARY CHILD, Saturday May 3,11:00 am - 3:00 pm at Piedmont Church, 570 Piedmont Rd, Marietta, GA 30060.

We will volunteer with the Georgia National Guard's Spring Fling, as part of Month of the Military Child. The Spring Fling is a special event for military kids, because when a service member puts on a uniform, the whole family is being asked to serve...even the children. Children serve by enduring long separations from their parents, numerous school transitions, and many other unique challenges. As a result, they are often called upon to overcome adversity and demonstrate maturity beyond their years.

FREE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Inflatables, Petting Zoo, DJ/Music, Facepainting & Balloons, Super Heroes, Children's Books, Photography Sessions, Displays including Rock Wall, Military Vehicles and Emergency Management Vehicles/K9, Raffles (with a special raffle for kids who come dressed as their favorite Super Hero) plus Food and Snacks. CNT is a co-hosting this event at Piedmont Church, 570 Piedmont Rd, Marietta, GA 30060
