On average, the typical Cobb EMC residential member will save $1.14 each month on electric service, roughly $13.68 over the course of the year. This reduction follows a rate adjustment last November, which helped earn Cobb EMC a Georgia Public Service Commission ranking of 8th out of the state’s 41 EMCs, in terms of affordability at 1000 kWh.
