My mom and I went in for a treat of main and pedis. She had a super nice young lady and young man who took care of her. She left super happy with her services. I on the other hand left very disappointed. The technician made my experience poor. I had picked multiple colors and expressed to her I wanted to do an accent nail. She suggested I use a better quality polish, I took the recommendation and asked for a color similar to what I had picked. She took every polish I picked even the accent color back. Then gave me a hard time when I requested it. The pedicure looks nice but the manicure is horrible. I am missing polish on the tip and sides of multiple nails with polish that was cracking as I walked out the door. The color is uneven and their are fibers in the polish. The water she put my hands in to soak was cold. She only cleaned up my cuticles not the edges around my nails that are rough. I did mess 2 nails us before even getting out if the chair and felt like I was I trouble about asking her to fix it. Over all I am really disappointed. I don't get manicures because they never last, this one won't last more than a few days for me. The flaws are going to drive me crazy. Sad that a place that looks so nice has such poor quality. I guess you only get a good manicure when you are a regular or spend big $$. I will not be returning. I'm just really disappointed to the point of swearing off manicures all together.
