You may not see much campaigning around Powder Springs this fall.
Qualifying ended at 4:30 p.m., and the field remained the same as it was Tuesday afternoon, with only the three incumbents in the running.
Barring any legal challenges or write-in candidates, Cheryl Sarvis of Ward 1, Al Thurman of Ward 2 and Nancy Hudson of Ward 3 will be moving onto new terms starting in January.
