Friday Football Preview: Regular Season Wraps Up

Campbell (1-8, 1-5) at Hillgrove (9-0, 6-0) – No team has given up more points this season in Region 4-AAAAA play than Campbell. has the region’s best defense and is second in scoring. The Hawks, on paper, should be able to cruise tonight, but can’t afford any letdown as they try to maintain momentum going into the playoffs.

Kennesaw Mountain (0-9, 0-6) at McEachern (8-1, 5-1) – has just one more game this season to attempt to earn its first win. When the Mustangs travel to tonight, they’ll have to upset the fifth-ranked team in the state to get into the win column. The Indians haven’t allowed a team to score more than 17 points all season, and likely need a win to remain in the state’s top 10 poll.

Lithia Springs (0-9, 0-6) at Osborne (2-7, 1-5) – hasn’t won a game all season and tonight will travel to for a final opportunity to get in the win column. Osborne has just two wins on the season and comes into tonight having lost two in a row, and scoring just a touchdown combined over those last two weeks.
