Green Tomato: Affordable Home-Cooking
The Powder Springs restaurant has a refreshingly diversified buffet.

I wanted to give a plug to a restaurant that my family ate at last night in Powder Springs called . I don't know if you have done a review of this restaurant before, but I thought I would drop you a line and put in a good word for them.
We drove over from Mableton after seeing an ad for all-you-can-eat catfish. The restaurant is located in the Publix shopping center just off Richard D. Sailors Parkway, and the trip was worth it.
First off, it was very economical. My family of three ate for about $25. They serve it up buffet style, and they keep the line stocked.

I was amazed at the variety of home-cooked dishes available. I have never come across any other buffet line that had deviled eggs on it.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and like I said, the food was good. For the budget-conscious folks out there who want a good meal at a reasonable price, I urge them to check out Green Tomato.
