Jamie Scoggins Dies at 35
Visitation is scheduled for Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Sam Clark Funeral Home in Hiram.

Jamie Scoggins, a 35-year-old Powder Springs man, passed away on Wednesday.
Visitation is scheduled for Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Sam Clark Funeral Home in Hiram. Graveside services will be Monday at 3 p.m. at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Donald Lindsey officiating.
The son of Teresa Scoggins and the late Joe Scoggins, he was born Aug. 12, 1976, in Austell, according to his obituary from the funeral home.

Scoggins worked for McGravery Heating & Air. He was a member of Revival Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Teresa Self Scoggins of Powder Springs; son, Tyler Scoggins of Temple, GA; daughter, Summer Scoggins of Temple, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Angele Smith of Ringgold, GA; grandmother, Lorena Self of Powder Springs, GA; uncles, James and Debbie Self of Powder Springs, and Ricky and Diane Self of Powder Springs; and nieces and nephews.
