LOVING ME! is a segment of interactive workshop that starts this process in a fun, positive and engaging environment. Hands-on activities will keep her engaged, asking questions, meeting other girls and learning while having some fun.

• Learning that all things seen in the media doesn't mean they have to alter themselves. 
• Learning that the image they see in the mirror is beautiful.
• Realizing that they are worthy of respect from others as well as themselves.  Using team building games to develop connections and self trust.

This Summer series is FREE and open to the public.
