What's really going on out there? There's all this stuff about "Save Sun Valley" and then I see this ad (below) trying to sell it for what I think is almost nothing? Who is really in control of the property? The bank or these "save the beach" people - Here's the ad I found online is on www.loopnet.com (just search for land for sale & "Sun Valley Beach"
