While admission is free, tickets to sample food are $1 each and are sold in groups of 20. The maximum restaurants can charge for samples is four tickets. Only cash will be accepted at the event. The schedule of live music is: <ul> <li>11—Opening and Welcome</li> <li>11:15—, and recorder choir</li> <li>12:30—Spirit of Dance</li> <li>1:15— Chorus</li> <li>2:30—Hillgrove Ensembles</li> <li>3:30—Percussion Ensemble </li> <li>4:20—Marching Band</li> </ul> The event benefits 's music programs.
