West Cobb-Based Lawyer, Star Partners Lead Launch Of Metro Atlanta Closing Firm Sparks King & Watts

Lynne Sparks, Cheryl King, Bart Watts, David Reddick and Jennifer Karel, metro Atlanta-based lawyers, have confirmed that the residential real estate law firm of Sparks King & Watts will be serving the metro Atlanta real estate community beginning July 6, 2015. In addition, the new firm is also adding Attorneys Linda Krebs and Howell Haunson in an Of Counsel position. The Partners in this new venture have over 100 years of combined experience in the metro Atlanta market.

Sparks, King & Watts will have offices located in West Cobb, East Cobb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry and Rockdale Counties as well as a national presence with their REO platform. Attorney Bart Watts explains that “We are very excited to begin our new venture while continuing to serve our clients as we have done for the past two decades.
