Woman's Body Found in Downtown Woodstock
The body was discovered lying in the roadway near Wheeler and Chambers streets.
WOODSTOCK, GA -- Woodstock police are investigating the discovery of a woman found dead during the overnight hours in the central business district.
The body was discovered lying in the roadway around 2 a.m. Tuesday near Wheeler and Chambers streets, said police spokeswoman Brittany Duncan.
"At this time, it is currently being investigated as a suicide," she added.
