CCSD To Host Dual Enrollment Information Sessions
Parents can drop by Etowah High School on Nov. 13 or Sequoyah High School on Nov. 14 to learn more about the program.
WOODSTOCK, GA -- The Cherokee County School District will host two free information sessions to provide everything you need to know about dual enrollment.
Parents can attend sessions either at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13 at Etowah High School or 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14 at Sequoyah High School.
Topics that will be discussed include an overview of dual enrollment, who can participate, the benefits of the initiative and, of course, its challenges.

Dr. Rouel Belleza, district supervisor for student services, will present an overview of the program, which allows high school students to take college courses and earn both high school and college credit.
