Cherokee Realtors Donate to Shop With a Cop, Habitat For Humanity

The Cherokee Association of REALTORS made the contributions at its November general membership meeting.

The Cherokee Association of REALTORS® donated over $2,000 to local organizations that support the underprivileged at its November general membership meeting, which drew more than 100 members.

A donation of $1,000 was given to Cherokee County’s Shop With a Cop program, which provides necessities to less fortunate children across the county.

Capt. G.A. Eisenbrandt with the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office received the donation on behalf of the program.

“Community outreach is something that is near and dear to our association and it’s an honor to present these checks at one of our largest meetings of the year,” said Karen Cunningham, association executive.
