Cherokee School District Needs Substitute Teachers

Do you like to work with students in the classroom?

If so, the Cherokee County School District wants you to consider becoming a substitute teacher.

Those interested can apply on the district’s website.

The 2014-15 pay rates for substitutes teachers are:

• $70/day for anyone with a Georgia certification;
• $68/day for anyone with a four-year degree;
• $66/day for anyone with a two-year degree; and
• $60 for anyone with a high school diploma/GED
