Customer Service and Office Support - Job Posting

CallMaX, the innovation leader in call management and technology services for the apartment industry, is looking to fill an entry-level full time Customer Service position.

 The successful candidate must have an enthusiastic phone presence, strong communication and problem solving skills and a passion for delivering great customer service. Most importantly, they will have a positive 'can do' attitude and work well with our superior team in a small office environment.

 Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer support and training over the phone, scheduling appointments, documentation and record keeping.

Minimum Requirements: Two years Customer Service experience, strong computer skills, must be able to pass a Background and Drug Screen.
