Flavors of the South... A Whiskey Heritage Meets Ga Apples

When considering the flavors of the fall we have an abundance of Southern options. So to toast the season and kick it off right we’ve decided to throw a tasting of sorts. We’re now in the heart of Apple season in North Georgia. Just a few miles north on 575 there are a host of apple orchards and farms each with a bounty of apple varieties. We’ll be working these apples into recipes and craft cocktails throughout the season but on Weds. October 1st at 7pm the culinary and beverage team at FREIGHT Kitchen & Tap in Downtown Woodstock have a special treat. It’s the inaugural Whiskey & Apple Dinner.
