Local Patriotic Children's Society Kicks-off Constitution Week

Society V.P. Brittani Vredenburgh, of the local children’s patriotic service organization, Cherokee Rose Society, Children of the American Revolution, kicks off the 227th Anniversary of the U.S. Constitution, during constitution Week and to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the Star-Spangled Banner by presenting U.S. Flags, copies of the U.S. Constitution, Preamble to the Constitution, American’s Creed and bells to each member of the Georgia National Cemetery advisory committee on September 13, 2014. Constitution Week is celebrated from September 17-23.
