The agency said Overseth was in Cherokee County visiting friends when he was allegedly gunned down by Gialenios.
According to the indictment, Gialenios is accused of fatally shooting Overseth with a .22 caliber firearm. The stalking and loitering charges stem from Gialenios contacting Overseth's wife through social networking site Pinterest.
