• Woodstock zones Dixie Speedway and surrounding properties (newsbreak.com) — Woodstock's City Council has officially zoned the recently annexed 138 acres around Dixie Speedway, designating most of it heavy industrial while adding conditions to limit certain uses and protect nearby homes. Residents from Townview Commons raised concerns about potential industrial impacts, prompting the council to tighten rules and require extra review for several heavy industrial uses going forward.
