• New Deputy Police Chief Named In Woodstock (patch.com) — Woodstock residents are getting a new deputy police chief as the city appoints veteran law enforcement leader Todd Hood to the role. With more than 25 years of experience, including work in Johns Creek, Alpharetta, the Marine Corps and specialized leadership programs, Hood is expected to strengthen connections between Woodstock Police and the community through a focus on service, accountability and strong relationships.
