Police: Suspect Exposed Himself To 3 Juveniles

The incident occurred Sunday near the intersection of Celebration Lane and Shaw Drive in southwest Cherokee County.

ACWORTH, GA -- Detectives with the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office are asking residents to help them identify a man who is accused of exposing himself to three juveniles.

The composite sketch you see was completed late Wednesday evening by a sketch artist with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and depicts the man who allegedly committed the act near the intersection of Celebration Lane and Shaw Drive in unincorporated Acworth, Lt. Jay Baker with the sheriff’s Office said.

The intersection is south of Highway 92 and west of Woodstock Road.

The children stated the suspect was in his car at the time of the incident, which occurred around noon Sunday, Dec. 27. Baker said a similar incident occurred in the neighborhood in July 2015.

The suspect is described as heavy set male with short red hair, goatee and a tattoo on his upper arm. He was driving a small blue or green SUV.
