• This is a follow-up inspection to the restaurant's previous score of 78, or C.

Jessa's Tea Parlor (Food Service Inspections)*
3333 TRICKUM RD WOODSTOCK, GA 30188

• Worker seen handling ready to eat food (making sandwiches) with bare hands when glove use is required. Could not correct onsite because she ran out of gloves.
• Observed cold holding foods held greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Explained to her that the foods have to be cooled before keeping them in the prep cooler because those units are meant for holding. Corrected On-Site.
• No date marking procedure followed in the facility. Corrected onsite by writing the dates the foods were prepared. I educated her that any foods prepared onsite must be date marked and that she has only 7 days from the date of preparation.
• Observed foods being prepared by the employee without wearing hair nets.
• Must clean the gaskets of the coolers and freezers. Must clean the vents in the hood and overall cleaning and organizing the kitchen.
• Remarks: Must pay the fee of $610 as soon as possible.
• A follow-up inspection was indicated to occur, but no date was provided.
