WOODSTOCK-TOWNE LAKE, GA - From Cherokee County School District: A River Ridge High School teacher has won a statewide grant to further her students’ career education!

Teacher Judi Haggerty won the competitive $500 grant from the Trade Five Foundation to fund a field trip for her students to see skilled trades in action.

Trade Five is a work initiative that shows Georgians the benefits and opportunities of careers in the skilled trades of five industries: Construction, Energy, Logistics, Manufacturing and Telecommunications.
