Rootstock Restaurant & Bar Celebrates Five Years

Woodstock, GA (September 18, 2022)- When Rootstock opened its doors five years ago, the passionate founders, Sean and Anna Daily, envisioned a close-knit team; instead, they've built a family. They've created a space where their talented Chef AJ Jones executes a precise vision of progressive cuisine, as the rest of the team creates a destination-driven, elevated experience for our guests. As part of their continued growth, they've added a new Chef's Table Experience with a newly expanded kitchen where she has curated plates for the entire community and brought city-style dining to Woodstock.

This destination has become a space for locals to experience regional and national musicians. Thanks to Listening Room Sessions and live music on the rooftop, each musical recording has become an opportunity for these artists to showcase their talents in an interactive, welcoming setting. Rootstock has become a staple in the Woodstock community. Couples, families, and individuals have come to us to celebrate their most cherished moments, from engagements to anniversaries. They've even created a space for organizations to host much-needed charity functions. As thier community continues to grow, they've hosted whiskey, wine, and cocktail events catered to those eager to expand their palates. Each tasteful event is interactive, educational, and memorable, from pairings to tastings.

On Wednesday, September 28, they have a sold-out Whiskey Tasting Experience where thier guests will have a taste of thier four roses selection in thier premier and exclusive speakeasy. A portion of each ticket will go towards St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. On Thursday, September 29, enjoy the sounds of singer, songwriter, and producer Mitchell Philips as he incorporates sounds from the likes of Jake Scott, Josh Kerr, and Sam MacPherson. Justin Monday will play the electric violin Friday, September 30, bringing new sounds to Rootstock. And on Saturday, October 1, listen to Paul Childers live in the Listening Room as he closes out their 5th Anniversary Week with a blended sound of pop, R&B, and soul. Get ready for another night of laughs at the Hand Up Stand Up Comedy Night on October 2.
