• Connolly Reveals Tenant Lineup for Woodstock Mill District (metroatlantaceo.com) — A major new Publix-anchored shopping center, Woodstock Mill District on Towne Lake Parkway, is nearing completion, with tenants moving in this fall ahead of a planned spring 2027 opening. The project renovates the former Towne Lake Plaza and adds multiple new buildings, bringing restaurants, retailers, and services aimed at Woodstock's growing, affluent population. Leasing is already 79% complete, with several spaces still open to local businesses.
   

• A Pie Shop Is Closing at Atlanta's Westside Market After a Short Run (whatnow.com) — Pie Bar is shutting down its Atlanta Westside Market shop at the end of September, but its Woodstock location will keep serving pies and coffee. The Georgia-based bakery thanked customers and hinted at Thanksgiving pre-orders with pickup in Atlanta. For Woodstock residents, it's a reassurance that your neighborhood Pie Bar remains part of the brand's future plans.
