Waffle House Customer Shoots At Armed Robbers, Photos Released
A Waffle House customer fired shots at two armed robbers early Saturday morning, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff's office.

ACWORTH, GA — Surveillance photos of two armed men who robbed an Acworth Waffle House have been released by the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office in hopes that the public can identify the suspects. The hold-up was reported about 4 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, at the restaurant located at 1133 Highway 92, Acworth.
Deputies say two armed men entered the restaurant and demanded money from the cash register. A Waffle House customer drew his own firearm, firing a round at the suspects, who then fled the business. Both robbers wore black hoodies one had a picture of a basketball player jumping and the other said “Been Broke Before” on the front.
Authorities say the suspects may have left the scene in a silver SUV. The suspects should be considered armed and dangerous, police say.
