Woodstock Man Reported Missing Found Safe (UPDATED)
William "Bill" White was last seen Thursday morning leaving to visit family at WellStar Kennestone Hospital.
UPDATE at 7:42 a.m. Oct. 1: Woodstock police say Bill White was found safe late Friday evening.

WOODSTOCK, GA -- The Woodstock Police Department is searching for a missing elderly resident.

William "Bill" White, 69, has been reported missing, the agency said. White was last seen around 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 29.
Police say White was leaving his home in Woodstock with plans to travel to WellStar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta to visit family.

However, White never arrived at the hospital. White is described as a white male who is 6 feet tall and weighs around 175 pounds.
His vehicle is a maroon 1999 Mazda Protégé bearing Georgia tag PZS3478.
Bill is diabetic and insulin dependent, the agency said. Anyone who sees White or his vehicle is asked to call 911.
