About Machelle
Machelle discovered yoga in 2008 while searching for greater strength and flexibility to support her climbing practice. What began as a physical practice soon evolved into a lifelong journey of healing, balance, and self-discovery.
Inspired by yoga’s profound impact on her life, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Hawaii School of Yoga in 2018 and has been sharing yoga, mindfulness, and sound healing with the Honolulu community ever since.
Drawing from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga traditions, Machelle creates welcoming experiences that weave together mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, restorative postures, and therapeutic sound healing using crystal singing bowls and the symphonic gong.
Her intention is simple: to create a safe, nurturing space where each person leaves feeling more grounded, balanced, nourished, and restored than when they arrived.
