As you rest comfortably in supported restorative yoga poses, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong frequencies that encourage deep relaxation, mindfulness, emotional balance, and nervous system restoration.

Throughout the evening, you’ll also have opportunities to pull an oracle card, contribute to our Community Gratitude Wall, and connect with others in a welcoming and heart-centered space.
After our practice, stay for tea, light refreshments, and meaningful conversation as we cultivate community through healing, mindfulness, gratitude, and connection.

About Machelle
Machelle discovered yoga in 2008 while searching for greater strength and flexibility to support her climbing practice. What began as a physical pursuit evolved into a powerful path of balance, healing, and self-discovery.
Inspired by the transformative impact yoga had on her life, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Hawaii School of Yoga in 2018 and has been sharing the practice with others ever since.
Drawing from hatha, vinyāsa, yin, and restorative yoga traditions, Machelle creates welcoming experiences that are accessible to practitioners of all levels. Her classes weave together mindful movement, breathwork, restorative postures, meditation, and sound healing to help students release tension, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater ease and well-being.
