All other services, including the written exam for road tests at the Wahiawa Driver Licensing Center, have been shifted to the Kapolei Driver Licensing Center.

“Due to the presence of COVID-19 and the limited size of this driver licensing facility, adjustments to services offered were necessary for the protection of both the visiting public and staff,” said Sheri Kajiwara, director of the city’s Department of Customer Services. “We are also discussing the relocation of this service center.”
