Beginning September 7, the number of permit applicants will be limited to the first 40 people in line.Online permit appointments that were made earlier will continue to be honored on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  On these days, a standby line for up to 10 persons will be allowed in the event of no-shows or cancellations.

When parking at the station, be sure to park in a metered parking stall.  Unauthorized vehicles that are parked in reserved stalls are subject to citation and may be towed.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as HPD transitions to full walk-in service for firearms permits and registration on October 18.
