• In-person services resume today at Līhuʻe Civic Center : Kauai Now (kauainownews.com) — In-person services are back at the Līhuʻe Civic Center today, but some departments are still restoring computer systems after the Kāpule Building fire, so expect delays and call ahead. Līhuʻe's Building Division is processing permits and offering special guidance for Hurricane Lowell repairs, especially for homes in flood zones or near the shoreline, with clear instructions on when permits and inspections are required.
