As he recovers, the city is rolling out long-term mental health support and planning the Oct. 17 Magic Valley Strong benefit at the Stone House to help survivors and families.

• Csi names bobbi stannard assistant athletic director (magicvalley.com) — The College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls has hired Bobbi Stannard as its new assistant athletic director, adding a leader with deep experience in college athletics and student access. Stannard has held several key roles at CSI since 2020 and previously worked in athletics at Boise State and the University of Washington's successful volleyball program.

• Man wanted for several charges including failure to appear on original charges (kmvt.com) — Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office is asking local residents to help locate 51-year-old David Nino Ramos, who is wanted on drug and multiple failure-to-appear and driving-related charges. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers anonymously by phone, online, or through the P3 Tips app and may qualify for a cash reward.
