$100,000 Winning Ticket Sold in Lake in the Hills is About to Expire

Check your desk, cookie jar, glove compartment, and anywhere else you may have stashed a winning lottery ticket -- time is running out for a Lucky Day Lotto player to claim a $100,000 prize from a ticket sold almost a year ago in Lake in the Hills, Illinois Lottery officials said Wednesday.
The winning numbers in the Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015, midday drawing were 03 - 06 - 19 - 21 - 32. The $100,000 winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased at Shell, 4231 Algonquin Road in Lake in the Hills, according to an Illinois Lottery press release The retailer received a bonus of $1,000, one percent of the prize amount, for selling a winning ticket.
Winners have one year from the original drawing date to claim their prize.

Lottery prizes up to $600 can be claimed at nearly 8,000 retail locations. Prizes over $600 may be claimed at one of five Lottery Prize Centers across Illinois, located in Chicago, Des Plaines, Springfield, Rockford and Fairview Heights. Under Illinois Lottery Law, unclaimed prizes are transferred to either the Common School Fund or the Capital Projects Fund.
