A New Adventure: First Flight in Small Plane

I am finally going up in the air and can't wait to share the experience with you all.

Hello Ladies and Gentleman.

I hope everyone had a great weekend, the weather was a bit rough to have any outside fun but I think we finally have spring on our hands based on today's weather.

Tomorrow I am going to be taking my first flight in a small plane. Most people will not get to experience something as amazing as this. I am going to be going up in a plane that was made well before my time. It is a 1956 Piper Tri-Pacer. It is quite an amazing little plane with a fun, unique color. The pilot is about as old as the plane, born in 1959. Bob is going to be taking me up. This is truly a unique experience and I am extremely excited to get off the ground and see the world from the viewpoint of the birds. I have been in plenty of commercial jets, but never a small single prop plane.

I will keep you all posted as to how great this experience is. Remember May 26th, 6 pm is our first meeting for the LITH Pilot Association. If you have questions or comments be sure to e-mail me at Lithpilotassoc@yahoo.com or DWatson@allstate.com.

Have a great week everyone.
