Poor Shooting Sinks Sophomore Red Raiders
Red Raider sophomores fall on the road to Dundee-Crown, 44-33.

The Huntley sophomore boys made just two field goals in the first half against Dundee-Crown. The Chargers turned this into a 16 point advantage by halftime and they led by as many as 18. The Red Raiders were just 2 of 16 from the field and trailed 25-9 at the half.
Huntley outscored Dundee-Crown in the second half 24-19 and closed to within 9 at 38-29 but could get no closer as they fell 44-33. The loss dropped their record to 9-8 on the season and 3-3 in the Valley Division.

Jason Shields led the Raiders in scoring with 9 points and he also had 3 steals. Zach Gorney added 8 points and Daniel Janus finished with 7 points and 8 rebounds.
