Police Investigating Threat Written on Bathroom Stall at Huntley High School

The written threat was found Monday morning.

HUNTLEY, IL - The Huntley Police Department is investigating a threat written inside a bathroom stall at Huntley High School. School officials learned of the written threat at 10:30 Monday and immediately called police, said Huntley Principal Scott Rowe in a note to parents.

“Huntley High School administration are working with Huntley Police to investigate and determine the validity of this threat,” Rowe said. “At this time, we believe there is no immediate threat to safety. Classes have not been interrupted and the building is operating under normal procedures.”
