Teen Arrested for Assault / Drug Charges / Criminal Trespassing to Vehicle

ALGONQUIN, IL - A look at recent arrests made in Algonquin:
John P. McMahon, 55, of 6223 Providence Court in Carpentersville, has been charged with driving while license suspended, no insurance and expired registration. He was taken into custody at Randall and Harnish on March 2 and was released with a court date in McHenry County.
Jesus A. Garcia, 19, of 1859 Cambridge Drive in Carpentersville, has been charged with delivery of marijuana 30 grams and under and possession of marijuana less than 30 grams. Garcia was taken into custody at 4:54 a.m. on March 3 at Route 62 and Route 25 on March 3. He was released with a court date in McHenry County.

Serafina M. Jeronimo, 38, of 147 Hazard in Carpentersville, has been charged with no valid driver’s license. She was taken into custody at 5:49 p.m. on March 4 at Route 62 and Route 31. She was later released with a court date in McHenry County.
A 14-year-old Algonquin boy was arrested at 6:49 p.m. on March 5 and charged with assault. He was taken into custody at 540 Longwood. He was referred to a peer jury and released to his parents.

Swetha Musku, 32, of 117 Willey St. in Gilberts, was arrested at 3:47 p.m. on Feb. 22 for retail theft. She was taken into custody at 734 S Randall Road. She was released with a court date in McHenry County.
Matthew L. McCoy, 35, of 225 Highland, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on Feb. 25 on a warrant from the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken into custody at Highland and Algonquin. He was released with a court date in Kendall County.
Terri M. Kelley, 29, of Denham Springs, Louisiana, has been charged with criminal trespassing to a vehicle. Kelley was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on Feb. 27 at 634 Gaslight Drive in Algonquin. She was taken to the Kane County Jail.
Timothy C. Lucey, 20, of 1149 Sawmill Lane, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. on March 1 on a warrant out of McHenry County. He was taken into custody at Sawmill and Harnish and later released with a court date in McHenry County.
Thomas R. Veurink, 18, of 2 Echowoods Drive in Algonquin, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. on March 1 on a warrant out of McHenry County. He turned himself into the Algonquin Police Department and was released with a court date in McHenry County.
