Teen Charged With Battery at Jacobs High School: Algonquin Blotter

Here is a look at recent arrests made by the Algonquin Police Department:
- Joseph Damptz, 41, of 2020 Cumberland in Algonquin, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on Sept. 7 at 2390 E. Algonquin Road. He was charged with public intoxication. He was given a Notice to Appear in Algonquin Municipal Court.
- Elena Diaz, 24, of 20 Arrowhead Drive, was arrested on a warrant from the Carpentersville Police Department for FTA/no driver’s license at 1:42 a.m. on Sept. 7. She posted bond and was released with a court date in Kane County.
- Police arrested Eziquio Nunez-Ontiveros, 46, of 327 Amarillo in Carpentersville, at 11:45 p.m. on Sept. 7 on a warrant for a Probation Violation. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail.
- Police arrested David Rosalio-Celis, 33, of 204 Sandbloom Road #5, at 4:24 p.m. on Sept. 8. He was charged with DWLS and electronic Communication Device. He was taken into custody at Route 31 and Highland. He was released after posting bond with a court date in McHenry County.
- Yousef Kattoum, 31, of 389 Evergreen Circle in Gilberts, was arrested at 10:15 on Sept. 8 on a warrant from McHenry County for Battery. He was taken into custody at Algonquin Police Department and posted bond with a court date in McHenry County.
- Police arrested a 17-year-old West Dundee boy at 10:22 p.m. on Sept. 8 and charged him with Possession of Cannabis and Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken into custody at a residence in Algonquin. He was Petitioned to the McHenry Juvenile Court and released to his mother.
- Evan P. Schroeder, 18, of 2005 Orchard Lane in Carpentersville, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. on Sept. 9 and charged with Reckless Driving and Screeching Tires. He was taken into custody at 800 Academic Drive. He was released after posting bond with a court date in McHenry County.
- Police arrested Jason W. Vonbruchhaeuser, 38, of Dixon, at 11:50 a.m. on Sept. 10. He was charged with Battery and taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department. He was released after posting bond with a court date in McHenry County
- A 16-year-old Carpentersville boy was was arrested at 2:18 p.m. on Sept. 10 at Jacobs High School and charged with battery. He was referred to Peer Jury and released to his mother.
- Police arrested Ricardo Herrera, 18, of 3112 Shenandoah Drive in Carpentersville, at 9:46 p.m. on Sept. 10. He was charged with Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Expired Registration. He was taken into custody at Main St and Washington. He was released after posting bond with a court date in McHenry County.
