Traffic Crash Closes Portion of Route 176 in Marengo Area
Police said motorists should avoid the area of Route 176 and Franklinville Road near Marengo.
The McHenry County Sheriff's Office responded Wednesday morning to a crash on Route 176 and Franklinville Road near Marengo.
The crash has closed down Route 176 between McCue and Peterson Olson roads as of 8 a.m., according to a sheriff's office release. Motorists are advised to avoid the area for "the next few hours," according to authorities.
