81-Year-Old Man Accused Of Retail Theft: Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

  • Jiovani Villa, 21, of the 2300 block of S Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, not having a driver's license/permit, and was arrested at 11:53 p.m. Sept. 13 at Algonquin and Goebbert roads. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Oct. 9.
  • Mohammed B. Al-Hadidi, 20, of the 5200 block of N Laramie Avenue is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, unlawful possession of medical cannabis as a driver, operating an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 1:03 a.m. Sept. 13 at E Fairview Street and S Pine Avenue. He was released on bond and is due back in court on Oct. 6.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

  • Margarita Santana, 43, of Rolling Meadows, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Sept. 13 in Arlington Heights. She was taken to court on Sept. 16.
  • Igor Goluta, 32, of Arlington Heights, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested 8:08 p.m Sept. 14. He was taken to court and assigned a court date of Oct. 23.
  • William D. Gibson, 37, of Arlington Heights, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested 11:37 p.m. Sept. 15. He was taken to court and assigned a court date of Oct. 23.
  • Malory Cadet, 41, of the Arlington Heights, is accused of domestic battery/bodily harm, and was arrested at 1:34 a.m. Sept. 18. She was taken to court.

  • Ugo Fiore, 81, of the 6000 block of N Sheridan Road, Chicago, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Sept. 15 in the 500 block of W Ridge Court. He was taken to court and assigned a court date of Oct. 30.
  • Daniel A. Oshea, 51, of the 6300 block of N Odell, Chicago, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested 11:30 a.m. Sept. 17 in the 7200 block W Myrtle. He was bonded out and given a court date of Oct. 30.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

Rigoberto Zizumbo-Burciaga, Jr., 27, of the 8800 block of S Escanaba Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 4:34 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 0-100 block of Lake Cook and Wilke roads. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Oct. 6.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

Stephan W. Buckingham, 35, of the 0-100 block of W Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 8:49 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 700 block of W Algonquin Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Oct. 29.
