ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Every person arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Carsen I. Anderson, 23, is accused of possession of a controlled substance; driving under the influence of alcohol; driving under the influence of drugs or combination of drugs; driving under the combined influence of alcohol, other drugs, intoxicating compounds; illegal transportation or possession of alcoholic liquor by driver in motor vehicle; possession of adult use cannabis in passenger area of motor vehicle by driver; two counts of failure to remain at the scene of an accident; suspended registration of a motor vehicle; and was arrested at 2:56 p.m. Sept. 14, in the 0-100 block of S. Mitchell Avenue. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 4.

NO VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Sotero Bernadino, 28, is accused of no valid driver's license, and was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Sept. 11, in the 1000 block of W. Rand Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and Bernadino was assigned a court date of Oct. 20.
  • Faustino Roman, 18, is accused of no valid driver's license, and was arrested at 4:55 p.m. Sept. 15, at St. Viator High School, 1213 E. Oakton St. Bond was set at $2,500 and Roman was assigned a court date of Oct. 15.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Thomas O. Coca, 29, is accused of possession of a concealed firearm under the influence, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level over 0.08, and was arrested at 5:05 a.m. Sept. 11, at S. Arlington Heights Road and E. Golf Road. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 14.
  • Joshua M. Lampton, 29, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level over 0.08, and was arrested at 12:29 a.m. Sept. 13, at Lexus Dealership, 1510 W Dundee Road. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 29.
  • William S. Stauffer, 60, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level over 0.08, unlawful use of cannabis by a driver, and was arrested at 2:04 a.m. Sept. 17, at W. Rand Road and Stonebridge Drive. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 14.
  • Jeffrey Wolford, 62, is accused of two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:35 p.m. Sept. 10, at E. Miner Street and N. Lincoln Lane. His bond was set at $30,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 28.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Jonathan P. Greco, 29, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested at 8:09 p.m. Sept. 10, at Pace Suburban Bus, 550 W Algonquin Road. His bond was set at $100 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.

WARRANT

Barbara A. Wasik, 57, is accused of having a warrant for violation of bond, and was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 13, in the 200 block of E. Sigwalt Street. Her bond was set at $10,000 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 14.
