Arlington Heights Memorial Library To Open Friday

The library building will be open to the public with limited capacity and modified hours and services starting Friday, June 26.

The library building will be open to the public with limited capacity and modified hours and services starting Friday, June 26 (contingent on the State of Illinois entering Phase 4 of the Rebuild Illinois plan on this date). The Arlington Heights Memorial Library is committed to serving our community as safely and effectively as possible.

We will expand services in steps and in ways that are safe for our staff and customers. We are quarantining returned items, providing proper personal protection equipment and making sure our workplace and staff are abiding by CDC guidelines. We will extend this to the public as well. When entering and while in the library, all customers must wear masks, practice social distancing and follow directional arrows and signage. We will be limiting the number of customers allowed in the library at one time to maintain social distancing. Learn our hours of operation and available services on our Stay Informed page.
