Armed Robbery Suspects Caught In Security Camera Footage: Police
The two men are accused of robbing a car title and payday loan business March 18.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — Police released security camera footage of two men suspected in the armed robbery of a car title and payday loan company earlier this month.
The robbery happened at about 10:03 a.m. March 18 at the Illinois Title Loans, 822 W. Northwest Hwy., according to an Arlington Heights police alert. The two men, both wearing black ski masks, entered the business and demanded money. One of the suspects also was carrying a silver semiautomatic pistol, police said.



An undisclosed amount of cash was given to the suspects, who then fled the scene before police arrived. No injuries were reported in the incident.

Police released the following descriptions of the suspects:
- Suspect #1: 6 feet to 6-feet-2-inches tall, medium build. He wore a black hoodie, dark-colored blue jeans, tan boots and a black ski mask that exposed the eyes and mouth during the robbery. He also carried a silver handgun.
- Suspect #2: 6 feet tall, thin build. He wore a black jacket, dark pants, white shoes and a black ski mask that exposed the eyes and mouth during the robbery.
Anyone with information about the armed robbery can text the anonymous tip and keyword 847AHPD to 847411. Anonymous tips also can be called in to Arlington Heights Crime Stoppers at 847-590-STOP (7867), and callers could qualify for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
