Join us for a fantastic Memorial Day Weekend outdoors, surrounded by over 100 painters, sculptors, photographers, jewelers, potters, and artists of every sort. This is the perfect opportunity to explore incredible fine art and crafts while enjoying a vibrant festival atmosphere.
The Memorial Day weekend celebration historically draws 5,000-10,000 patrons with most festival attendees from Schaumburg and the surrounding communities. Our Memorial Day weekend celebration is rooted in strong support and patronage from residents of Schaumburg and the surrounding suburbs. We're delighted to also welcome attendees from across the greater Chicagoland area and beyond state lines, making the Prairie Arts Festival the destination to be for Memorial Day weekend.

The nationally and locally acclaimed Pequod's Pizza is coming to Arlington Heights on Thursday, May 14th! Note that pizzas will be PAR BAKED, with Pequod’s world-famous caramelized crust and will be available for PICK UP at 5:45pm at Frontier Park. Pequod's was just named the "Best Pizza in the US" by Yelp!

The Adult sale is held in the Hendrickson Room, on the 2nd floor, and the Children’s sale is held in the Cardinal Room on the 1st floor near the Dunton Avenue entrance.&nbsp; The Adult sale will feature non-fiction books, sorted by category; fiction; vintage books; books in foreign languages; DVDs; Blu-Rays; music CDs; vinyl records; art and posters; and audiobooks. The Children’s sale features board and picture books; easy readers; novels and non-fiction, teen fiction, toys and games, DVDs and CDs.
Auction and Buy It Now items will be for sale on the 2nd floor.&nbsp; Auction bidding begins Friday at 6 pm and ends Saturday at 2 pm.&nbsp; Buy It Now features unique books and items; BIN sales continue through Sunday at 2 pm. Auction and Buy It Now sales may not happen at this sale due to staffing.
For Friday Members’ Night:&nbsp; A person must be a member to enter Members’ Night.&nbsp; Memberships may be purchased online at <a href="https://www.ahml.info/friends" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">https://www.ahml.info/friends</a>&nbsp; ($5 individual, $10 family, $25 patron, or $100 life), at the 2nd floor reception desk beginning Friday August 2 at 9 am, or on Members' night at the sale on Friday.&nbsp; To get a place in line early, members may pick up a number at the 2nd floor reception desk beginning Friday at 9 am.
Friday Members’ Night Line-Up:&nbsp; Shoppers should arrive 15 minutes before the sale begins to line up in numerical order for entry.
Sale Requirements &amp; Information:&nbsp; Scanning is not allowed at FOL sales on any device.&nbsp; Please call or text outside the salerooms.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Children’s Sale Only:&nbsp; 25% Teacher discount with valid ID on Friday or Saturday.&nbsp; There will be an $8 Children's bag sale on Sunday (fill up a shopping bag with as many books as you want for $8)&nbsp; 25% discount does not apply to Sunday bag sales.&nbsp; Everyone’s patience and courtesy to others is appreciated.

Rosemont Uncorked returns to Parkway Bank Park in Rosemont on June 6–7, 2026, with two days of outdoor wine tasting, live music, and easy access from Chicago and the suburbs.
