Chicago Man Accused Of Inappropriately Touching Child: Des Plaines PD
The arrest follows a nearly five-month investigation by Des Plaines detectives.
DES PLAINES, IL — Following a nearly five-month investigation, Des Plaines police have arrested a Chicago man accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old. Deawannis Turnage, 34, was taken into custody Tuesday and charged with criminal sexual assault.
Police had responded to a report of abuse in the 1400 block of Miner Street on July 24.
Turnage was released following his detention hearing.
